Haunted Tours at Historic Fort Wayne
Historic Fort Wayne dates back to 1845. The star-shaped fort sits on the banks of the Detroit River, where it's guarded Detroit against dangerous Canucks for 165 years. While Terri King conducted ghost tours at Historic Fort Wayne until 2008, the tours were taken over by members of Metro Paranormal Investigations in 2009. The 2010 Haunted Tour consists of a guided historical tour and self-paced ghost hunt. The tours take place on Saturday nights once a month from May to August. In the months leading up to Halloween -- September, October -- the tour runs twice a month. Tickets are $42, and dates include May 15th, June 26th, July 17th, August 28th, September 4th, September 18th, October 23rd and October 30th.
