Cuyahoga County Earth Fest 2016

Cuyahoga County's Earth Fest is the largest environmental event in the state. Join other supporters of the green initiative at the Cuyahoga County Fairgrounds on April 17, 2016 for more than 200 exhibitors, bio-diesel-powered amusement rides, Cleveland food trucks, local wines and beers, animal rescue groups and more.

Lake Metroparks Celebrates Earth Day 2016

For 2016, Lake Metroparks' Penitentiary Glen is celebrating Earth Day on April 26th from noon to 4pm, with activities that include an eco-fair, live animals, a kid’s eco-craft, and Earth ball games. Admission is free.

Earth Day at the Akron Zoo (Party for the Planet)

The Akron Zoo will celebrate Earth Day on April 23, 2016 with a Party for the Planet from 11am to 4pm. The event will features "green" vendors, live animal displays, and eco-friendly activities. Regular admission of $7 will apply.

Painesville Earth Day Celebration

The City of Painesville is celebrating Earth Day on Saturday, April 23rd (2016) at Veteran's Park from 1pm to 4pm. The free event will feature eco and craft vendors, live music from Alex Bevan, green games and crafts, and a free sapling for the first 100 people.

Earth Day at Kent State University/Stark County Campus

Kent State's Stark County Campus in North Canton is also celebrating Earth Day again this year. Their celebration will be Sunday, April 24th from 1pm to 4pm at the Stark Campus Center parking lot and pond area. Admission is free and activities will include environmental educational activities, demonstrations and discussions for all ages, planetary, geologic time scale and nature walks, old fashion games, mock fossil digs, entertainment and giveaways.
