Chinese New Year is upon us and the Year of the Monkey is set to begin in Las Vegas. Public House at Venetian is getting in on the celebration with a Crispy Beer Braised Pork Belly Bao Bun that will make you forget that you will not be receiving any of those tiny red envelops from your friends and family.

The buns prepared with pea tendrils, cucumbers, green onion, hoisin sauce, sweet chili sauce, and peanuts are $8.88 for an order of two and they can be paired with a beer to heighten the joyous new year experience. You can choose from Dr loosen, $10 by the glass, Grand cru, Rodenbach, $13, 10 oz. or Hazelnut brown, $10, 12 oz.

If those beers don't get you excited Public House has a massive list of beers that make most beer aficionados salivate.

While you are in the area stop by Delmonico's for some Whiskey and Fried Chicken or head into Yardbird Southern Table and Bar for a waffle with your fried chicken.
