The Celebrity Solstice has ten different dining options, so there is a cuisine to suit everyone's taste. Four of the specialty restaurants are grouped together with two lounges aft on deck 5, making for a fun, lively area on the ship. Guests can enjoy a drink and entertainment both before and after dinner.
The AquaSpa Cafe serves quick, lighter fare in the Solarium. The Celebrity Millennium class of ships also have an AquaSpa Cafe.
Celebrity Solstice Bistro on Five
The Bistro on Five serves a variety of crepes in a casual setting. The Bistro on Five also features sandwiches, soups, salads, fish and chips, and desserts.
Bistro on Five is one of the four restaurants on the Celebrity Solstice to carry an extra surcharge. The others are Murano, Tuscan Grille, and Silk Harvest.
Celebrity Solstice Gelateria
The Gelateria serves traditional gelatos and Italian ices.
Celebrity Solstice Cafe al Bacio
The Cafe al Bacio is an upscale coffeehouse serving specialty coffees, teas, fresh-baked pastries, and other sweet delicacies.
Blu Restaurant on the Celebrity Solstice
Blu is a spectacular room. If the cuisine matches the look, diners who choose to eat here are in for a treat!
Blu Restaurant is only available to AquaClass cabin passengers (guaranteed) and suite passengers (based upon availability). There is no cover charge, but suite passengers will be charged $5 per person to cover gratuities. The Blu dinner menu features main dishes such as ahi tuna, filet mignon, and rack of lamb.
Blu also serves an exclusive continental breakfast each morning from 7 to 9 am to suite and AquaClass passengers.
Celebrity Solstice Grand Epernay Restaurant
The Grand Epernay is the main dining room on the Celebrity Solstice. It was created by Adam Tihany, and is one of the most beautiful dining rooms at sea.
The Grand Epernay is named for Epernay, a town in France on the Marne River that is considered the "champagne capital" of France. The restaurant is highlighted by a distinctive two-story glass wine tower and stunning chandeliers. The Grand Epernay is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Celebrity Solstice Murano Restaurant
Murano features a blend of classic and modern Continental cuisine and was designed by BG Studios of New York.
Murano has wonderful ocean views, fine china and stemware, and gleaming silverware. It is a romantic setting with a selection of boutique wines.
Celebrity Solstice Silk Harvest Restaurant
Silk Harvest is a casual Asian specialty restaurant, designed by RTKL.
The Silk Harvest menu includes a mixture of hot and cold dishes and spicy and mild ones, too. Diners will recognize Thai, Japanese, and Chinese favorites, and can accompany them with a variety of sakes, Asian-influenced martinis, and cocktails flavored with ginger root and acai berries.
Celebrity Solstice Tuscan Grille
Tuscan Grille is designed by Adam Tihuny and is an Italian steakhouse. The entry way looks like a wine cellar, and the specialty is steak and Caesar salad.
