A tried and true date night is the ever popular dinner and a movie. To make it special, find a restaurant that caters to romance, perhaps with candlelight and a good wine list.

It can be nice to eat out, but a meal in and a pay-per-view flick can be just as romantic, perhaps more so. If you do not usually cook and you make the effort to do it, you just might make your special someone feel extra special.

Bourbon is not for everyone, but, if you are in Louisville, the hub of bourbon tourism, then your honey bear might appreciate a visit to the famed bourbon distilleries just outside of Louisville. Many flock to the distilleries to sample or buy this original American spirit direct from the Kentucky Bourbon Trail. A sip of bourbon can sometimes be just the trick to get you in the mood for love.
