When you're booking a Caribbean vacation, you want to spend as little time in the air and as much time on the beach as possible. Travelers sometimes think of the "Caribbean" as a single destination, but the fact is that the islands of the Caribbean sprawl over thousands of miles of ocean, from just off the coast of Florida to South America. As such, flight times vary greatly depending on where you're departing from and where you are heading.

Consider this a general guide to flight times: we've included nonstop times from U.S. gateways where possible/available (not every island has direct flights).
