- Spicy shrimp quesadilla - Pico de gallo, sour cream and guacamole on the side. The shrimp have the right amount of spice and the cheese drenches the tortilla in the flavor that makes you realize the beauty of comfort foods. The Chef cooked the shrimp to the right spot, they jump out at you from the tortilla and the sauce, wow the sauce, it is very flavorful. Remember this is a quesadilla. The guacamole is not spectacular however it is above average for the Las Vegas strip.
- Beef Fajitas- The beef is flavorful and comes out sizzling on a bed of onions and green and red bell peppers. The beef is so tender it is hard to imagine anyone could work skirt steak in such a way to get it to melt in your mouth.
- Entrees at Cabo Wabo Cantina come with beans and Rice. The beans are going to take you to one of those roadside taco stands in Mexico where the short woman uses a clay pot and drops a ladle full on your plate of tacos.
- Fish Taco – Really, if you cannot enjoy a fish taco and a beer you do not deserve to smile.
