Do you want to do something special for Valentine's Day? Are you trying to plan your honeymoon or anniversary? Do you just want to do something special for that someone special in your life? Arkansas' hotels and inns offer great getaways. Peaceful, quaint, quiet and romantic are just a few of the adjectives one could use to describe all of these great locations. These locations are my favorite hotel getaways mixed with some hotels that have been rated as top romantic getaway locations.

All of the top downtown hotels have perfected the art of pampering you for that special weekend or evening. Many have romance or honeymoon packages available.
The Wyndham Riverfront Little Rock is what I consider a budget hotel, but it's still luxurious. The Wyndham has some special romance packages for those looking to add some spice to their love life. Their sweet escape package contains wine and a cheese tray delivered to your room. The property has two very popular restaurants: Benihana, an Asian teppan-yaki style grill, and Riverfront Steakhouse, one of the best places to get a steak in Little Rock.
If you want a luxury log cabin rental near Little Rock, An Enchanted Evening is perfect. They only have one cabin, but it has a hot tub, kitchenette, 2-person shower and old-fashioned bath tube and a private deck. The cabin rents for $195 the first night and $145 subsequent nights. An Enchanting Evening has beautiful outdoor wedding and reception facilities.
One of the best places for charming and romantic bed and breakfast inns is Eureka Springs, Arkansas. A popular location for honeymoons, elegant horse-drawn carriages carry lovers through the winding streets and alongside exquisitely preserved Victorian architecture. A Bed and Breakfast is the perfect escape.
Enjoy touring the majestic Blanchard Springs Caverns or hiking about the Ozark National Forest. Mountain View also has great shops and restaurants. The Wildflower B&B has some great deals on romantic packages for lovers who need time to reconnect.
The Olde Stonehouse B&B is in historic Hardy, Arkansas. There are lots of shops and restaurants in the area. You can also visit the Spring River and lots of the Ozark National Forest. It's a great place for some peace and quiet. Prices start at $89.
Another romantic location is Hot Springs. A trip the bathhouses for a nice, relaxing thermal spa bath and massage will complete your intimate weekend. Coed massage and baths are available for an added touch of intimacy. Hot Springs has lots of fun shops and some great restaurants too.
Want to stay in a tree house or a cave? Arkansas has some unusual lodging choices. Some of them would make a great, romantic weekend getaway. The Stonewind Yurts, Turpentine Creek treehouse and cave lodge would be great honeymoon locations for the right couple. Longbow Resorts would be perfect for almost any couple. You can even snuggle up together in one of the most haunted hotels in the United States. You can even fulfill you Ghostbusters dream by staying in a firehouse.
