New Year's Eve Menu: This East Village eatery offers Chinese-influenced modern American fare, helmed by chef/owner Thomas Chen (an alum of Eleven Madison Park). In previous years, they've offered an inventive, seven-course, prix-fixe New Year's Eve menu, with courses that include Kabocha squash soup, oxtail dumpling, caviar on crab, and more. New Year's Eve Menu: This casual West Village neighborhood bistro serves up American brasserie fare from chef/co-owner Glenn Harris.
