United States Florida Miami's Best Spas By Allison Ramirez Allison Ramirez Allison is a writer from South Florida with over 10 years of experience who has been contributing to TripSavvy since 2018. TripSavvy's editorial guidelines Updated on 06/26/19 There’s nothing like relaxing and unwinding in a city where everyone seems to be going, going, going all the time. And decompressing near the ocean with the sound of waves, the sights of seagulls and deep blue seas and that fresh, salty smell is otherworldly. We’ve chosen the top spas in Miami, in different price ranges and locations, to fit all your needs and your wildest spa dreams. Live a little; there’s nothing like a day of indulging at the spa. 01 of 08 Four Seasons Hotel at the Surf Club Four Seasons Hotels View Map Address 9011 Collins Ave, Surfside, FL 33154, USA Get directions Phone +1 305-381-3333 Web Visit website Open since 1930, the Surf Club is easily one of the most sophisticated and glamorous hotels in all of South Florida. Le Sirenuse, the hotel’s beautiful Italian restaurant and bar, is reason enough to hole up here for a day or a week (or a year if your budget allows), but if it’s a spa day you’re searching for, opt for a Heat Fusion massage with heated stones, herbal compresses and warm oil or a custom Biologique Recherche facial. You’ll never want to leave — any Four Seasons we’ve ever been to manages to do everything right from the food to the cocktails to the concierge and, of course, even the spa. 02 of 08 exhale South Beach at the Loews Miami Beach exhale South Beach View Map Address 270 Biscayne Blvd Way, Miami, FL 33131-2123, USA Get directions Phone +1 305-423-3900 Web Visit website If you want to hang out all day before or after your treatment, this is the place to do it. Exhale at the Loews has a hot tub, steam room and sauna in the women’s locker room and a workout class schedule that includes yoga and barre taught by renowned instructors (you can even get a fitness membership here). The full-service spa menu includes facials — nearly 10 options — and massages as well as scrubs, manicures, waxing and acupuncture. Some spa treatments are even available poolside or in the privacy of your hotel room. Take advantage and order some snacks at the pool after getting pampered. 03 of 08 The Standard Spa, Miami Beach The Standard, Miami Beach View Map Address 40 Island Ave, Miami Beach, FL 33139, USA Get directions Phone +1 305-673-1717 Web Visit website Not only does the Standard offer monthly spa specials on treatments, the hotel schedules retreats and workshops a few times a year, too. If that’s not really your thing, not to worry; there’s a pool on site here with views of Sunset Harbor, a hamam (complimentary to hotel guests), an arctic plunge, mud bath and more. Register for a paddleboarding class or power yoga — the Standard Spa offers a full-blown class schedule for ultimate relaxation. Then, obviously, there are facials, mani/pedis and endless massage options. Some treatments last upwards of 120 minutes. Our pick is the Detox Cleanse, which can go for 60, 75 or 90 minutes and is meant to increase circulation, expel toxins, restore balances and reduce muscle aches and pains. 04 of 08 Golden Foot Massage & Spa Golden Foot Massage & Spa View Map Address 2500 Douglas Rd, Miami, FL 33134, USA Get directions Phone +1 305-569-7188 Web Visit website Totally a wildcard, Golden Massage and Spa in Coral Gables serves up that fab foot massage you only find in the Chinatowns of New York and LA. For $45 an hour, you get to lie back in a comfy reclining chair bed with your feet in a tub of hot water while your massage therapist works his/her way from your head to your arms to your feet to your legs to your back. This rubdown focuses specifically on the feet and feels like pure magic. Hot stones are part of the mix as are hot towels to dry your feet after they’ve soaked in the tub. Fancy massages are wonderful, sure, but you haven’t really lived until you’ve had this kind of foot massage.
