The inn enjoys a prime location in downtown Montauk, across the street from the ocean, a block from the main street, and just two blocks from the Hampton Jitney stop. 

Complimentary beach chairs, beach towels, umbrellas, and bicycles are available to help you make the most of your location, while the outdoor saltwater pool stays open from Memorial Day to Columbus Day. Spend lazy hours swinging in the poolside hammocks and long summer evenings cooking out on the barbecue grills in the sandy courtyard.

The hotel has 22 modern rooms and suites, each with a King or Queen bed. Natural wood furniture and a subtle ocean theme set the tone for a laid-back beach getaway.
