At MacDinton's, you'll find drink specials every night of the week, with Friday featuring open bar from 6 to 8 p.m. for a nominal price. Think of it as Tampa Bay's all-you-can-drink opportunity, if you're into that. But this is an Irish pub, and you'll get a menu that honors that heritage. For starters, there are Irish potato skins and Irish nachos, and yes, these are definitely different from what you are used to. Then there's shepherd's pie, Guinness beef stew, fish and chips, and bangers and mash. If you're not fond of Irish food, you can choose from a selection of American-style sandwiches.

The aptly named Yard of Ale is all about beer. If you can't find your favorite or something you've been wanting to try on its list of offerings, you must not really love the brew. For munchies, choose from a typical bar menu of nachos, chips and dips, burgers, barbecue, macaroni and cheese, an array of sandwiches, and pizza.
