At MacDinton's, you'll find drink specials every night of the week, with Friday featuring open bar from 6 to 8 p.m. for a nominal price. Think of it as Tampa Bay's all-you-can-drink opportunity, if you're into that. But this is an Irish pub, and you'll get a menu that honors that heritage. For starters, there are Irish potato skins and Irish nachos, and yes, these are definitely different from what you are used to. Then there's shepherd's pie, Guinness beef stew, fish and chips, and bangers and mash. If you're not fond of Irish food, you can choose from a selection of American-style sandwiches.
The idea for the name "Cheap" came from the concept that outside of the prices, being cheap is something the restaurant and bar will never be. This restaurant-bar-lounge promises to not skimp on quality or service while maintaining reasonable fees for drinks and food. Check out its nightly promotions for special deals all week.
The food on the menu at 717 South is a contemporary American blend of culinary excellence and affordable flavor. Authenticity is their standard, no matter the ethnic heritage of the dish. The bar menu includes 200 choices of wine, martinis, and cocktails from all over the world. Although reservations are suggested, you can walk in and get a seat. The place is definitely a cozy little spot to grab a bite to eat. The lighting is dim and romantic and the staff is very friendly.

They get half off all wines and select drafts from open to close.
