AT&T Nation's Football Classic 2016 in Washington DC

The AT&T Nation's Football Classic™ is a black college football game held annually at RFK Stadium in Washington, DC. Organized by Events DC, the event was created to celebrate the passion and tradition of the college football experience, recognize the history of service to others by the students, faculty and alumni of Historically Black Colleges and Universities, highlight the unity of African American culture, and honor the heritage and excellence of these proud institutions. The AT&T Nation’s Football Classic includes a weekend of events including a kickoff rally, the Presidential Symposium, a student debate, the HBCU Alumni Networking Reception and a fan Festival. All events are free to the general public (except for the football game). 

Date: The game will be held on Friday, September 17, 2016 at 7:30 p.m. The fan festival begins at 5 p.m. Additional events will be held throughout the weekend.

Tickets: Tickets for the Nation’s Football Classic™ are on sale at, the Howard University Box Office at Cramton Auditorium and the Hampton University Ticket Office in the Convocation Center.

Location: RFK Stadium, 2400 East Capitol St NE, Washington, DC

Parking: For the first time, game attendees have the option to purchase and reserve parking in all lots surrounding RFK Stadium prior to game day. Lot 8 has been designated as the exclusive Tailgating Lot. All other specified lots will be used for parking only; no tailgating activities will be allowed in these lots.
