    Richard Blais

Who could forget Richard Blais and his faux-hawk on Top Chef's Season 4? A front-runner from the start, he wowed everyone with his molecular gastronomy (aka lots of liquid nitrogen). Richard made it to the final round and finished as the runner-up. He then returned to Top Chef All-Stars and took home first place.

Atlanta locals and visitors can sample Richard's cuisine at several restaurants in town. Blais has opened two locations of FLIP Burger - an innovative and modern burger joint with milkshakes featuring his famous liquid nitrogen - plus a fancy sausage restaurant called HD1 in Poncey-Highland. He is also opening the more upscale restaurant The Spence in the summer of 2012 on Tech Square.
