Around these parts, you'll find plenty of folks that are bitter about Atlanta being snubbed by those that dole out Michelin stars - especially when it comes to the staple of Atlanta fine dining known as Bacchanalia. Luckily, the team at the James Beard Foundation knows their stuff, recognizing Bacchanalia over and over again for more than 10 years. Sample Chef Anne Quatrano's creations at Bacchanalia or Floataway Café, and pick up some stellar ingredients for your own award winning creations at Star Provisions.
