This is a map of official retail Apple stores in the Greater Phoenix area. If you are looking for an AppleWatch, MacBook, iPhone, iPad, iPad Mini or any other product created by Apple, you'll find them at these stores. You may also purchase accessories here, like cables, adapters, tablet and phone covers, and batteries.
- Don't expect to find any of their products on sale.
- Expect it to be busy. I have rarely walked into an Apple store and gotten service right away. I have always had to wait, even just to pay for an accessory.
- Don't expect to find used or refurbished items at retail stores. You may, however, see some good deals online, at the Apple Refurbushed and Clearance center.
- Here are some more tips about buying used iPads or iPhones.
- Beware of shopping for these items on Craig's list.
In case you didn't know, Apple Stores also offer free classes at their stores to help you decide if you like the product enough to buy one. Or, if you've already purchased an Apple product, bring it with you to the class. Examples of some of the classes are: AppleWatch Basics, iPhone Photography, Mac Basics, Intro to iCloud, iPhone Videography and more. When attending classes, get to the store early. Sessions last about an hour and seats (if they have seats!) fill up fast.
