Bruce Arians' team ended the season out of playoff contention, with a final record of 7–8–1. The Arizona Cardinals, Big Red (the Arizona Cardinals mascot), and their fans are hoping for a winning season in 2017! The Arizona Department of Transportation usually provides detailed motorist information, including any travel or road restrictions, for this event. Call 5-1-1, then *7. The call is free.

Party Before the Game

Before every regular season home game Arizona Cardinals fans are invited to attend the Cardinals Preflight Party at Westgate Entertainment District. The pre-game festivities will take place at WaterDance Plaza, within walking distance of the stadium. It doesn't matter if you don't have tickets to the game! This is a free event with music, Cardinals Cheerleaders, autograph sessions, Cardinals-themed inflatables, a photo booth, a beer garden for those age 21-and-over, and other fan-friendly interactive experiences.

Activities begin three hours before game time. If you aren't attending the game at University of Phoenix Stadium, you can watch the game on television while enjoying drink specials and snacks at one of Westgate's many restaurants and bars.

NFL Security Procedures

Beginning in 2013 the NFL implemented a policy for fans attending NFL football games. Fans may only carry items into the stadium in a clear plastic, vinyl or PVC bag that does not exceed 12" x 6" x 12, or a one-gallon clear plastic food-storage bag (like Ziploc, for example). In addition to that clear plastic bag, fans may carry a small purse, basically the size of your hand or smaller. Prohibited items include purses larger than a small clutch, coolers, briefcases, backpacks, fanny packs, cinch bags, luggage of any kind, computer bags and camera bags or any bag larger than the small clutch.

Enjoy the games!
